**Shipping Policy for Resin KDL Chem**

**1. Order Processing Time**  
All orders are processed within [1-2 business days]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

**2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery time is [5-7 business days], depending on your location. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances  and if courier service not serviceable in your area so you have to self collect parcel from the  mainc city courier office no any other claim will be provided for that cases  . any date will be shown its probably date not fixed date for delivery it will be depend on the courier partner and any delay KDL CHEM are not take any responsibility for the delay delivery.

**3. Shipment Tracking**  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

**4. International Shipping**

**5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses**  
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO military addresses.

**7. Lost or Stolen Packages**  
Resin KDL Chem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
